Blackout Brownies

2 Ounces Semi Sweet Chocolate

½ Cup Butter

2 Large Eggs – Slightly beaten

I Cup Sugar

½ Teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Expresso Powder

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

1/3 Cup Flour

½ Cup Toasted Walnuts, Sour Cherries and Chocolate Chunks

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325F
  2. Melt Butter and Semi Sweet Chocolate in Microwaveable bowl on 30 second intervals until easily combined
  3. Add Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla, Expresso Powder and Salt, mix well
  4. Add Flour, Nuts, Cherries and Chocolate Chunks until combined. Don’t overmix.
  5. Pour Batter into 9×9 baking pan, lined with parchment
  6. Spread evenly and bake at 325F for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool and serve. Store in air-tight container, also Freezes well.
