
2 Ounces Semi Sweet Chocolate
½ Cup Butter
2 Large Eggs – Slightly beaten
I Cup Sugar
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Expresso Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/3 Cup Flour
½ Cup Toasted Walnuts, Sour Cherries and Chocolate Chunks
- Pre-heat oven to 325F
- Melt Butter and Semi Sweet Chocolate in Microwaveable bowl on 30 second intervals until easily combined
- Add Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla, Expresso Powder and Salt, mix well
- Add Flour, Nuts, Cherries and Chocolate Chunks until combined. Don’t overmix.
- Pour Batter into 9×9 baking pan, lined with parchment
- Spread evenly and bake at 325F for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and serve. Store in air-tight container, also Freezes well.
